Return Policy

This is the legal and boring bit: but it protects you as the customer and Clover Leaf, as your goods and service provider.

2: All of our products are hand-crafted to a high standard and with this in mind, there may be a very slight difference from one card to the next.

3: It is the customer’s responsibility to check that their order details are correct before the product goes to print.  

4: The checking of the "proofs" is the responsibility of the customer. We require confirmation either by letter, text or e-mail that the wedding stationery sample is fine (the signing of this contract is a binding contract) which allows permission also for the work to commence.

5: Any amendments that the customer requires after the wedding stationery has commenced may result in an additional charge – we always try to keep any additional charges to our customers to an absolute minimum and this would only happen if we incur further charges.

6: All products remain the property of the service provider (Clover Leaf) until full payment is received and cleared,  Payment must be cleared prior to dispatch.

7: Once the order has been dispatched (posted), the customer will be notified, proof of posting receipt and/or a tracking number can be supplied if required. The service provider will not be held responsible if the courier delivers late, if the item is damaged during transit or goes missing. We will do what we can to assist the customer with a claim against the courier company. Delivery dates are only given as an estimate. Take into consideration public holidays and weekends for the usual non-delivery days. If you have not received your order, you must notify us as soon as possible and definitely within seven days, from being notified when the order was dispatched

8: Once the goods have been received, any risk of damage or loss is with the customer.

9: We are confident that you, as the customer, will be happy with our stationery, however, in the unlikely event of any errors happening on the part of Clover Leaf, these will be rectified at our cost. Please contact us within seven days of receipt of goods, in order that appropriate action can be taken. We may require that any wedding stationery in question is to be returned to us together with a written note or email of the errors noted…(postage will be reimbursed to the customer when established that the fault lies with Clover Leaf.) Stationery will be replaced or rectified as necessary based on an individual basis and all settlements will only be replacement stationery.

10: If no response from the customer is received within seven days, Clover Leaf will assume the order is present and correct. No claims will be accepted after this time period has elapsed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone will be available to accept and check the delivery, if they are unavailable.

11: All of our wedding invites and stationery are personalised and printed to order therefore we are unable to provide refunds for unwanted stationery, If a stationery order is cancelled before printing – but after proofs have been compiled – a 50% refund is possible. Once the stationery has been authorised for the go ahead from the customer and printing has begun, refunds will not be given.

12: All wedding stationery designs are the copyright of Clover Leaf and any use or reproduction without prior consent is strictly forbidden. Our designs are our livelihood and we take any copying or printing of our design work very seriously. Legal action will be taken in all such cases. Any artwork and designs created for you including bespoke designs will remain copyright of Clover Leaf.

13: All illustrations and general descriptions contained in Clover Leaf’s advertisements or other literature are intended for general guidance only and shall not be binding. They are only approximate indications of the type, size or colour of goods and are intended merely to represent a general idea of the goods described.  

14: Clover Leaf does everything we can to ensure that you, the customer are completely satisfied with your wedding stationery and that it arrives with you safe and sound. However, some things are beyond our control and Clover Leaf shall not be liable to the customer if the delay or failure was due to:

a) Act of God, explosion, flood, hurricane, earthquake, fire or accident

b) strikes or other industrial actions or trade disputes

c) power failure or breakdown in machinery

15: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all copyrights of hymns, poems and readings have been obtained. Clover Leaf does not accept any responsibility for obtaining copyright permission.

16: Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect any confirmed orders.

17: Any External Wedding Suppliers recommended to you, will be for your convenience only, and are beyond the control of Clover Leaf. We do not take and responsibility as to their work ethic how they operate as a company. When visiting such suppliers you must refer to their terms and conditions of use, Clover Leaf holds no responsibility for any transactions or issues you may have with these companies.

18: All bespoke designs are the property of Clover Leaf and may only be crafted through Clover Leaf. The bespoke designs may be incorporated into the main range of Clover Leafs products at some point. If more work is required on a bespoke design to meet your satisfaction, an extra fee may be required, to cover admin, materials and labour.

19: Clover Leaf endeavours to ensure the materials used/required are readily available, if any alternatives has to be used or that of a similar quality, the customer will be notified. Customers - understand that colours may vary slightly at times. However, we do use the same suppliers for our stock, and hope to keep this to a minimum. Should there be a significant change, you will be informed.

20: Clover Leaf reserve the right to cancel any order, if the customer becomes rude, abusive, or treats us in an untoward or threatening manner. At Clover Leaf, we thrive on offering a friendly, first class customer service and will not discriminate or judge a person by their race, colour, religion or sexuality.

21: We also reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. If you have any queries about these terms and conditions please do not hesitate to contact us.
